This Privacy Policy describes how StaalX LLC ("StaalX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal and business information when you access or use the StaalXneXt platform (the "Platform"), including when you visit www.next.staalx.com, create an account, submit inquiries, request quotes, place orders, or otherwise interact with the Platform's services.

HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The security and confidentiality of personal and business information are important to StaalX LLC. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Buyer & Seller Anonymity

StaalXneXt supports a marketplace model in which Sellers may choose to list products under their company name or anonymously. Seller identity disclosure is controlled by the Seller and may occur during inquiries, transactions, after completion of a transaction, or not at all, except where disclosure is required by law or for compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, or dispute resolution purposes.

StaalX LLC does not publicly disclose Buyer or Seller identities to other users except as permitted by the applicable transaction flow, user settings, or legal requirements.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

When you access or use StaalXneXt (the "Platform"), we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Platform. This information may include your web browser type, IP address, time zone, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, interactions with listings or tools, and certain cookies or similar technologies installed on your device. We refer to this information as "Device & Usage Information."

We collect Device & Usage Information using technologies such as:

  • To enable Buyers and Sellers to submit inquiries, request quotes, communicate, and transact through the Platform
  • To facilitate transactions between Buyers and independent Sellers, including payment processing through third-party providers
  • To support optional services such as financing facilitation, logistics coordination, customs or trade-related support, and document management, where requested

To Communicate With You

  • To respond to inquiries, requests, and support needs
  • To provide transactional communications, confirmations, notices, and updates related to your use of the Platform
  • To send newsletters, platform updates, and industry or company communications, where permitted. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

To Improve and Secure the Platform

  • To monitor usage, analyze performance, and improve functionality and user experience
  • To generate aggregated analytics regarding how users interact with the Platform
  • To screen for, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

MINORS

StaalXneXt is a business-to-business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our information practices, Platform functionality, legal requirements, or operational needs.
