Our History

Peninsula Steel was founded in 2016 as a family-owned steel manufacturing and distribution company focused on supplying reinforcement products for the construction industry. The company established its operations in Plant City, Florida, with the goal of providing high-quality steel solutions backed by reliable service and efficient logistics. In February 2017, Peninsula Steel officially inaugurated its Plant City manufacturing facility, expanding its production capabilities for products such as welded wire mesh, carbon steel wire, bar supports, and other concrete reinforcement materials. The facility strengthened the company's ability to serve customers throughout the Southeast and across the United States. Over the years, Peninsula Steel has continued to grow its manufacturing capacity, product portfolio, and distribution network. As part of the Aceromex Group, the company has leveraged international sourcing relationships and advanced production technologies to support large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, and precast concrete projects.
