Prop Reinforcement Stand

The prop reinforcement stand is a concrete intermediate reinforcement for keeping the upper concrete reinforcements at a desired height, homogeneously and firmly.

Fence or fence panels are indispensable product of building security systems which is advantageous products due to, easy to install, effective cost and its longevity.

Coil Bar - Wire Rod

We keep plain (flat) and ribbed (deformed) wire rod coil bars in stock. We produce cold-drawn plain and ribbed (deformed) coil bars. We can supply cold rolled wires in free rolled 50-100-200 kg coils by electro galvanizing.

Cut Deformed Bar

It is divided into two as hot rolled STIIIA and cold rolled STIIIB. STIIIA irons are cut in desired lengths. STIIIB cold rolled bars can be cut both in flat and ribbed shapes in desired lengths and numbers. The long lengths can be supplied as hairpin and can be supplied as electro galvanized if desired.

Stirrup Rebar

It is a material that requires much time and workmanship in construction. Labor costs can be lowered and wastage is reduced with automatic stirrup machines.

Steel Rebar

We are trading TSE 708 quality ribbed bars such as S420, S500, B500B, B500C and STIIIA used in construction. Also trading ASTM A615 GRADE60, BS4449 international quality steel bars.

Drawing Machine

AYES drawing machine is used for cold drawing of ribbed steel bars. Minimum size is 4 mm and maximum size is 12mm. AYES cold-drawing machine consists of trestle of coil, tower of coil, oxide layer pourer, lubricant dispenser, rolling mill, tray, drawing drum and wrapper. Machinery can be designed according to required capacity.

Wire Cutting Machine

AYES cutting machine consists of reel uncoiler, straightening unit, hydraulic cutting device and wire collection unit. Cutting machines can be designed to according to project specifications.

Ayes Steel & Wire Mesh was founded in Isparta, Turkey, in 1978 with the goal of producing high-quality wire mesh products for the construction industry. Over the years, the company achieved steady growth through continuous investments in machinery, production technology, and workforce development. In 2000, the company expanded its operations by establishing a second modern wire mesh and fencing production facility in Izmir, Turkey, significantly increasing manufacturing capacity. Continued growth and market demand led to the opening of a third factory in Dilovası, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2006, further strengthening the company’s production capabilities and industry presence. Today, Ayes Steel & Wire Mesh is recognized as one of the largest wire mesh producers in Turkey and continues to serve global markets as a trusted manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and compliance with international standards.
