Artsons Wire is a California based leading manufacturer and distributor of bright basic, black annealed and galvanized wire for commercial, recycling, construction, agriculture, and custom applications. We’re one of the last small wire mills. Which means we believe in strong customer service. All clients have direct access to one of us. We really are just a phone call away. Bright Basic Wire

- Ideal for all types of fabricating. - SAE 1006/1008 low carbon plain steel - Diameter ranges from .048” to .500” - In coil or Straight and cut to your specified Length

Black Annealed Wire

Ideal for tying or forming, black annealed wire is a soft wire for easy bending. We batch anneal the wire in our atmosphere controlled furnaces for consistency. - Diameter ranges from .048” to .500” - 50# Coils or 100# coils - Offered on Carriers or Straight and cut to your specified length

Galvanized Wire

Galvanized coated steel wire for looks and protection. - Diameter ranges .062” to .306” - Special order sizes and grades available with minimum purchase

Deformed Wire

Bright basic steel wire manufactured with indentations. Common uses include grapevine training rods and concrete reinforcement. - Diameter ranges from .187 Dia. to .500 Dia. - Straight and Cut or Coil

Straight and Cut Services

Our wire straightening and cutting service is available to all our customers whether the wire is provided by our customer, or purchased from us. The following sizes are easily accommodated. - Diameter ranges from .048” to .500” - Lenght ranges from 1 inch to 25 Feet - Length Tolerances up to +/-.032 - Customer supplied wire – cutting only services welcomed

Single Loop Bale Ties

- Galvanized wire and Black annealed wire - Piece counts in 125 pcs or 250 pcs - Lengths up to 22 feet - Diameter sizes from 11 gauge to 15 gauge - Packaged straight, on pallets, or in Gaylord boxes

Baling Wire On Stands

- 1018 carbon steel for a balance of strength and elongation - 1008 available for greater elongation - Batch annealed for superior ductility and consistency - Diameter ranges from 9 gauge to 14 gauge - 100 lb. coils or coil on carriers

Box Baling Wire

- Made from 1018 carbon black annealed wire for ultimate strength and elongation - Sizes from 10 gauge to 13 gauge - Choice of feed from outside or center of coil - 100 lb. coils are packaged in 36 boxes per pallet - 50 lb. coils arepackaged in 45 boxes per pallet

Sod Staples and Irrigation Stakes

Sod staples and irrigation Stakes are used to secure everything from synthetic turf to Jute netting to wattles to ground pipe to the ground. We are able to manufacture stake to meet all your needs in any wire size, length, or type. - Round top or Square top - Width from 1/4″ to 4 inches or more - Wire diameters from 14 Ga. to 6 Ga. - Lengths from 4 inches to 24 inches - Notch leged staples - Offering all wire types including Plain Steel, Galvanized, and Stainless Steel
