SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

Seller Responsibilities

Only reputable sellers may list on StaalX, ensuring their inventory is accurate and ready to ship. Sellers are accountable for the precise listing of product quantity, condition, and price. StaalX reserves the right to require additional information for seller verification.

Inventory Listing

Listings should only include items ready for immediate shipment. Sellers must guarantee the availability and price of items for up to two weeks post-order confirmation. Failing to fulfill orders due to stock shortages may lead to penalties or loss of selling privileges.

Seller Communication

Sellers must inform StaalX of any uncontrollable order issues and assist in resolving them. Accurate item conditions must be reported following StaalX's standards.

Product Pickup

StaalX arranges pickup from the seller's warehouse, ideally within 24 hours on business days. Sellers should provide loading equipment and ensure quick and safe loading operations.

Documentation

Before payment, sellers must upload necessary shipping documents. Failure to provide these documents will delay payment.

Payment

StaalX ensures prompt payment through wire transfer or check prior to shipment, based on agreed terms.

Warranties, Claims, and Returns

Sellers must warranty their products and hold adequate liability insurance. Claims made within two weeks of delivery will be fairly investigated by StaalX. Sellers are responsible for refunds and return costs if the product condition was inaccurately listed.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within two weeks of placement, provided no shipment has occurred.

Affiliate Seller Responsibilities

Affiliate sellers can send quotes to potential buyers but must avoid spamming or conflicts of interest. Violation of these terms may result in a ban from StaalX.

Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions from successful sales tracked electronically. Changes in cart prices or availability will be updated, with carts expiring after two weeks. Commission details are shared post-order completion and buyer payment.

StaalX reserves the right to modify the affiliate program terms at any time.

SECTION 3: COMPLIANCE WITH USER/BUYER TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE

Sellers and affiliate sellers must adhere to the general User/Buyer Terms of Service, in addition to the specific seller terms outlined above.
